I don't know if the camera feels anything when we open its rear door and stuck something in it, but to me, the first film loading experience was really a pain in the ass. I don't really want to relive my nightmare, so let's just let the pictures do some story telling.
This is the first time I am playing with the Super Sampler, so I decide to do some random shot around my daily life and see how it turns out.
I initially wanted to take the picture of SBS Transit wording. But due to the lack of a proper viewfinder on the Super Sampler, the picture turns out this way, which is quite cool too, a lone guy on a bus. Probably much cooler than the SBS Transit wording.
I got this idea from a book. Throw the Super Sampler towards the sky and let it takes picture randomly. Do it at your own risk though. It's not fun when your camera is up there and you can't open your eye because god is shining the spot light on you. Luckily the Super Sampler hit my arm when it fell down and I managed to catch it with my Bruce-like reaction.
I just find the picture cool.
I put the Super Sampler on the floor, fire up the shutter and try to jump over it in 2 seconds. Inspired by one guy from the lomotw.com guy.
Early morning at the car park below my house. Cindy says the light through the trees looks like a pig crossing the road. If you can't see the pig, it's at the lower left hand side of the picture.
The complete set of roll can be viewed here.
All the pictures above were taken using Super Sampler, with Cindy's ultra-expired films. The poor Kodak was neglected for almost 6 years before the I resurrected it from dead and gave him a new meaning to live on.
