Salomon X Terrain run

It was a cold Sunday morning. The sky was dark and far away a group of cloud was waiting at our destination. The cloud was thick and heavy, a towering giant rising from the horizon to the tip of the sky. It scared me. It didn't seem like a good day to do a mud trail, or a walk in the park. But we payed 30 dollars each.

We reached there quite early, maybe too early, the crowd was very small compared to the other runs that we did.

Not much light around.

The run started in 2 waves. The men's open category started 20 minutes before the other categories. I started later as I wanted to run with Cindy.

Before the second wave started.

The sun suddenly decided to show his face and the giant went off for his tea break.

The run started with a pond, luckily we weren't running across it.

Dry mud trail. I was laughing before I stepped into a puddle of wet mud.

The trail quickly changed into some jungle trails with lots of tress and and uneven slope. I tried to take a few pictures but they all turned out underexposed.

Nice bridge, but we went the other way.

Cindy slacked after coming out from the jungle.

Warning sign before the mountain trail.

All the way up.

Cindy leading the pack by trail hogging.

Drinking water at the last part of the mountain trail.

Another run conquered.

Muddy shoes and legs after the run.
